はじめに
Meemie（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真から被写体を切り抜いて加工する iPhone 用アプリです。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。
収集する情報
ありません。
本アプリは、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子・利用状況などの情報を、一切収集しません。アカウント登録も、ログインもありません。
写真・動画の取り扱い
- 本アプリで行う処理（被写体の切り抜き、背景の合成、効果の適用、書き出し）は、すべて利用者の iPhone の内部で完結します
- 写真・動画やそこから作られた作品を、開発者やその他の第三者へ送信することはありません
- 本アプリは写真ライブラリ全体を読み取りません。写真や動画を選ぶ操作を利用者が行ったときに、利用者が選んだものだけが本アプリに渡されます
- 作品を写真ライブラリへ保存するのは、利用者が保存の操作を行ったときだけです
- 作品を他のアプリ（SNS アプリなど）へ渡すのは、利用者が共有の操作を行い、渡す先を選んだときだけです。渡した後のデータの扱いは、その渡し先のアプリのプライバシーポリシーに従います
カメラとマイク
- カメラは、利用者が本アプリの中から撮影を選んだときにのみ起動します。撮影した写真は端末内でのみ扱われ、外部に送信されません
- マイクは使用しません。本アプリが音声を録音することはなく、音声を外部へ送信することもありません。アプリ内からの撮影は静止画のみです。ただし、利用者が動画を取り込んだ場合は、その動画ファイルが音声トラックを含んだまま端末内の本アプリ専用領域に複製されます。本アプリがその音声を再生・加工することはなく、書き出す動画に音声は含まれません
- モーションセンサー（加速度・ジャイロ）は使用しません
ネットワーク通信
本アプリは、写真の加工・保存・共有のために外部のサーバーへ接続しません。写真・動画やそこから作られた作品を、本アプリが端末の外へ送信することはありません（利用者が共有機能で他のアプリへ渡した場合や、写真ライブラリへ保存した作品が利用者の iCloud 写真の設定で同期される場合を除きます）。
例外は、App Store の App 内課金にかかわる通信です。購入済みかどうかの確認と価格の取得のため、アプリの起動時に Apple の仕組み（StoreKit）による Apple のサーバーとの通信が行われます。購入・復元の操作を行ったときにも同様に通信します。いずれの場合も本アプリが Apple へ送るのは購入手続きに必要な情報のみで、写真や作品が送られることはありません。購入情報の取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
インターネットに接続していない状態でも、写真の加工・保存・共有は同じように動作します（App 内課金の購入と復元のみ、通信が必要です）。
トラッキングと広告
- 本アプリは、利用者のトラッキング（App Tracking Transparency における「トラッキング」）を行いません
- 広告を表示しません
- 解析ツール・クラッシュ解析 SDK・広告 SDK を一切組み込んでいません
- 第三者のソフトウェア開発キット（SDK）を使用していません
端末内に保存されるもの
端末内には主に次のものが保存されます。いずれも利用者の iPhone の中の本アプリ専用の領域にのみ置かれ、外部へ送信されません。
- 作品、作品のサムネイル、元画像、切り抜きのデータ
- 動画から作った作品では、取り込んだ元の動画ファイルのコピー（音声トラックを含む）
- 表示設定（キャンバス比率の既定値、ギャラリーの列数、鑑賞モードの設定など）
- 動画を書き出すときに一時的に作られるファイル
本アプリを削除すると、これらは iOS の仕組みによって端末から削除されます。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としていません。いかなる年齢の利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページを更新し、冒頭の「最終更新」の日付を改めます。

Introduction
Meemie ("the app") is an iPhone app for cutting a subject out of a photo and composing it into a picture. The app does not collect personal information.
Information we collect
None.
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage data. There is no account and no sign-in.
How your photos and videos are handled
- Everything the app does — subject cutout, background composition, effects, and export — happens entirely on your iPhone
- Your photos and videos, and the pictures you make from them, are never transmitted to the developer or to any third party
- The app does not read your whole photo library. When you pick a photo or a video, only the item you picked is handed to the app
- A picture is written to your photo library only when you choose to save it
- A picture is handed to another app (a social app, for example) only when you choose to share it and select a destination. What that app does with it afterwards is governed by that app's own privacy policy
Camera and microphone
- The camera opens only when you choose to take a photo from inside the app. Photos taken this way are handled on your device and are not transmitted
- The microphone is not used. The app never records audio and never transmits audio. Capture from inside the app is stills only. Note, however, that if you import a video, that video file is copied into the app's own storage with its audio track intact. The app does not play or process that audio, and exported videos contain no audio
- Motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) are not used
Network
The app does not connect to any server in order to edit, save, or share your pictures. Your photos, videos, and the pictures you make from them are never transmitted off your device by the app — except when you hand one to another app through the share sheet, or when a picture you saved to your photo library is synced by your own iCloud Photos setting.
The one exception is the App Store in-app purchase. To check whether you own it and to fetch its price, Apple's StoreKit communicates with Apple's servers when the app launches. It communicates again when you buy or restore. In each case what the app sends is limited to what the purchase requires; no photos or pictures are sent. Apple's privacy policy applies to that purchase information.
With no internet connection, editing, saving, and sharing behave exactly the same; only buying and restoring the in-app purchase need a connection.
Tracking and advertising
- The app does not track you, as "tracking" is defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework
- The app shows no advertising
- No analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or advertising SDK is included
- No third-party software development kit is used at all
What is stored on your device
The following are stored on your device. All of them live only in the app's own storage on your iPhone, and none of them are transmitted anywhere.
- Your pictures, their thumbnails, the original images, and the cutout data
- For pictures made from a video, a copy of the video file you imported (audio track included)
- Your display preferences (default canvas ratio, gallery column count, viewing-mode settings)
- Temporary files created while exporting a video
Deleting the app removes them from your device through the normal iOS mechanism.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at any particular age group, and it collects no personal information from users of any age.
